About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery and operational interface of FSE/SU support program including governance, performance metrics, and escalation management.
- Plan and manage global deployment and workforce planning for semiconductor startup projects across multiple countries (Taiwan, Japan, USA, Singapore).
- Drive hiring, competency development, training, global operations coordination, quality compliance, and financial performance of the program with focus on utilization, customer satisfaction, and program margins.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience in engineering services, semiconductor, or equipment service environment.
- Experience managing Field Service Engineers (FSE), startup or field engineering teams and program financials including utilization and margins.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- English language proficiency is mandatory; Japanese language skills are preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced program manager with strong semiconductor equipment installation/startup/service operations background and customer-facing skills.
- Proven ability to manage geographically distributed global engineering teams with knowledge of international deployment processes including visa and travel readiness.
- Technical background in Mechanical or Electrical engineering with strong stakeholder management, analytical, and training development capabilities.
