Experienced in running large cross-functional AI projects aligned with measurable business KPIs and enterprise IT governance.
Operates effectively as the single point of accountability for diverse stakeholders including sponsors, business owners, and IT leadership.
Familiar with enterprise AI delivery portfolio management and producing structured status and financial reporting for leadership reviews.
