About This Role
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for AI/ML and GenAI initiatives using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methods.
- Manage cross-functional teams including data scientists, AI architects, platform engineers, and business SMEs to meet project goals and KPIs.
- Own project governance including steering committees, progress communication, portfolio management, financial and risk reporting to leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of project/program management experience with at least 3 years in AI/ML, data, or automation projects.
- Proven experience managing initiatives in IT and/or Digital/Delivery Office environments (e.g., ITSM, DevOps, automation).
- Strong understanding of AI/GenAI lifecycle and proficiency with Agile/Scrum and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe certification required; Scrum Master certification preferred.

- Experienced in running large cross-functional AI projects aligned with measurable business KPIs and enterprise IT governance.
- Operates effectively as the single point of accountability for diverse stakeholders including sponsors, business owners, and IT leadership.
- Familiar with enterprise AI delivery portfolio management and producing structured status and financial reporting for leadership reviews.
