2–5 years of relevant experience in construction, metals/mining, and PMO on capital expenditure projects.
Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) with MBA; M.Tech (NICMAR) preferred.
Hands-on experience with Primavera/MS Project, Power BI/Tableau, Excel, BIM tools (Navisworks/Revit/Synchro); exposure to drone/LiDAR and IoT tracking is advantageous.
PMP® certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
Experienced in large-scale metals & mining capital projects with exposure to multi-billion dollar programs including terminals, mines, smelters, and logistics.
Skilled in integrating digital and AI solutions such as 5D BIM, digital twins, advanced analytics, drone/LiDAR, IoT geo-fencing, and GenAI for enhanced project management.
Comfortable with extensive travel to project sites and client offices and capable of managing complex stakeholder coordination in a technology-driven environment.
