About This Role
- Execute and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and TypeScript covering frontend, end-to-end, integration, and API testing.
- Develop and enhance automation frameworks with reusable components, support test suite integration within CI/CD pipelines, and manage test assets in source repositories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze test results, resolve automation issues, and improve test coverage throughout the software development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in test automation, software development, or SDET; professional services experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Playwright and TypeScript for web application test automation, including UI, API testing, and automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, basic to intermediate SQL, and experience troubleshooting automation issues with guidance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working with Angular and .NET applications in test automation contexts, including backend and API validations.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, OpenAI Codex) while ensuring code accuracy and maintainability.
- Able to collaborate effectively with developers, QA engineers, and product teams in a professional services or similar agile environment.
