Work timings require availability between 06:00 AM and 11:30 AM US Eastern Time (corresponds to 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST).
Experienced in leading cross-functional Agile teams under SAFe framework, including offshore team management and scaling Agile at enterprise level.
Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders and to drive Agile delivery in complex banking or financial services environments.
Strong skills in Agile project execution, backlog management, stakeholder communication, and conflict resolution aligned with Lean-Agile principles.
