About This Role
- Own and maintain financial/data integrity and manage end-to-end global accounting processes including AR/AP, reconciliation, and financial consolidation.
- Pro-actively develop data insights and trends to support finance decision-making for planning and forecasting.
- Leverage automation technologies to identify use cases and collaborate with automation teams to implement solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in financial accounting domain with knowledge of Oracle/ERP and card business model.
- Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Commerce.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end AR/AP processes, accounting & reconciliation, and basic reporting.
- Strong English language skills (written and verbal).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in global or enterprise finance environments with exposure to US GAAP, Local GAAP, or IFRS standards.
- Operationally focused with ability to link accounting and reporting and understanding of control frameworks such as SOX compliance.
- Comfortable using advanced MS Office tools and analytical financial systems like Oracle, IRIS, OBIEE, Essbase, or Hyperion Financial Reporting.
