About This Role
- Lead and manage end-to-end Software Asset Management engagements including software discovery, inventory, normalization, and reconciliation.
- Develop and implement SAM strategies, policies, and processes to optimize software spend, ensure license compliance, and conduct license reviews and audits.
- Provide expert advice on software licensing models and vendor agreements, utilize SAM tools (e.g., Flexera, Snow Software, ServiceNow), and mentor junior consultants.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in Software Asset Management with proven leadership in SAM initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of software licensing models (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe) and SAM tools like Flexera One, Snow Software, ServiceNow SAM Pro.
- Knowledge of AI tool governance (Cloude AI, Courser AI, Gemini, MS Copilot licensing) and ability to analyze complex license agreements.

- Experienced consultant capable of independently leading complex SAM projects and advising clients across diverse IT environments.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in optimizing software licensing costs and compliance risk management.
