About This Role
- Administer and maintain the LeanIX platform including workspace management, access controls, data onboarding, and platform availability monitoring.
- Support integrations with enterprise applications such as ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, CMDB, and SAP Signavio, ensuring synchronization and resolving issues.
- Develop operational dashboards, architecture reports, and KPIs to support Enterprise Architecture teams and maintain architecture documentation and governance.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–6 years of overall IT experience with 2–4 years of hands-on LeanIX administration and operational support.
- Experience in workspace administration, user and role management, Fact Sheets, Surveys, Dashboards, and Lifecycle Management within LeanIX.
- Experience supporting integrations with ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, CMDB, SAP Signavio, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Education: Any bachelor's degree.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Expertise in LeanIX platform administration with operational support experience aligned to ITSM processes such as incident and change management.
- Experience collaborating with Enterprise Architects and business stakeholders to enhance architecture data quality and governance.
- Familiarity with ITIL Foundation or equivalent operational disciplines for Enterprise Architecture management.
