About This Role
- Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle for Operations, Technology, and Digital vendors, including onboarding, documentation, compliance tracking, and closure.
- Coordinate payment processing, contract and PO workflows ensuring timely approvals, payment TAT adherence and issue resolution.
- Own demand intake and portfolio governance for Ops, Digital, and Technology initiatives; provide visibility on project status, resource conflicts, and escalation management.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in vendor management, outsourcing governance, procurement, finance operations, or compliance operations.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM/Master's preferred in Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Strong understanding of vendor lifecycle, contract/PO coordination, payment tracking, and compliance; proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and vendors; prior BFSI/insurance domain experience preferred.

- Experienced in managing vendor operations and governance within high-volume, cross-functional environments, especially BFSI or insurance sectors.
- Demonstrates strong governance and process orientation, handling dashboards, compliance trackers, audit readiness, and stakeholder reporting.
- Skilled in coordinating across multiple internal teams and external vendors to drive vendor performance, issue resolution, and portfolio prioritization.
