Lead and deliver advanced GIS workflows for environmental and power & energy projects including data acquisition, analyses, QA/QC, and cartographic product delivery with minimal supervision.
Design and manage scalable project geodatabases, ensuring schema development, metadata standards, and long-term data stewardship.
Configure and maintain ESRI web mapping environments and implement mobile GIS workflows to support project teams and ensure data quality and integration.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Geoinformatics, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
8 to 12 years of experience delivering GIS products for environmental consulting, especially in power & energy sector.
Proficiency with ESRI technologies including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Server.
Location: Based in Bengaluru or Noida, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling multiple concurrent GIS assignments meeting budgets, schedules, and quality standards within environmental or power sectors.
Strong technical expertise in geodatabase design, map production, and mobile GIS data collection workflows.
Capable of producing decision-ready GIS analyses for diverse audiences including clients, regulators, and engineers, with strong attention to data ethics and quality management.
