About This Role
- Implement budgets, forecasts, and reports within Adaptive Planning and translate financial/workforce models into the platform.
- Provide technical guidance including design, modeling, configuration, and troubleshooting for Adaptive Planning products.
- Maintain certification and continuously develop offerings in the Adaptive Planning solution suite, ensuring timely project deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience including at least 2 end-to-end implementations of Adaptive Planning.
- Adaptive Planning certification is mandatory; additional certifications in Adaptive Implementation and Workday Financials are a plus.
- Strong financial and/or management accounting background with MBA/PG/CA/CFA qualifications recommended.
- Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Gurugram, or Noida; role involves occasional travel as per project requirements.

- Demonstrates ability to redesign business processes and systems based on client requirements with strong analytical skills.
- Experienced in managing multiple stakeholders and communicating complex ideas effectively to clients and teams.
