About This Role

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in ITOM, Service Mapping, Discovery, Event Management.
- Experience in network performance monitoring, incident management, protocol analysis, and infrastructure deployment.
- Proven ability to develop automation scripts and manage disaster recovery plans.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 8 years in relevant domains.
