About This Role
- Lead implementation, configuration, and enhancement of ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules including Risk, Policy & Compliance, Issue, Vendor Risk, and Audit Management.
- Develop and automate workflows for risk assessments, issue remediation, policy management, and integrate ServiceNow GRC with other enterprise systems via REST APIs.
- Support production issues (L2/L3), participate in upgrades, deployments, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and platform adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-9 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC / IRM modules and related workflow automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Risk Management, or related field.
- Proficient with Flow Designer, REST API integrations, JavaScript, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Candidate must be able to work onsite in Pune office 3 days a week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end ServiceNow GRC solution delivery with strong understanding of risk and compliance management processes.
- Familiar with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and involved in design, testing, and deployment lifecycle activities.
- Comfortable working in collaborative environments with cross-functional teams including risk, compliance, audit, legal, and IT stakeholders.
