About This Role
- Own implementation, configuration, and support of ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules for risk, policy & compliance, issue, vendor risk, and audit management.
- Design and develop workflows, automation, and integrations (REST APIs) to streamline risk and compliance processes and ensure regulatory adherence (e.g., ISO, SOC, SOX, GDPR).
- Provide L2/L3 support, manage upgrades and deployments, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance platform adoption and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC / IRM modules.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Risk Management, or related field.
- Proficient in Flow Designer, REST APIs, JavaScript, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Mandatory onsite requirement: Must visit client office 3 days a week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in configuring and managing ServiceNow IRM data models and architecture, with solid knowledge of risk, compliance, and governance frameworks.
- Skilled in integrating GRC with ITSM, CMDB, and third-party systems in compliance-driven environments.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 1/2, SOX, GDPR) and able to work effectively with cross-functional global teams in Agile/SAFe/DevOps settings.
