High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products.
Experienced in pricing and commercial modeling within commercial real estate or related industry segments.
Capable of managing multiple complex work streams under demanding timelines, with strong strategic and analytical thinking.
Confident in client-facing and board-level communications, with leadership skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
