About This Role
- Drive digital transformation of Amgen's global Requisition to Order (R2O) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes within the ERP transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, System Architects, and Business SMEs to define, prioritize, and refine product backlog, ensuring alignment with business and product goals.
- Develop user stories with clear acceptance criteria, support Agile software development, and conduct product demonstrations; maintain documentation of configurations and process changes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5 to 9 years of experience in information systems required.
- Hands-on experience with procurement tools such as SAP MM and/or SAP Ariba mandatory.
- Experience writing user requirements and acceptance criteria in Agile tools like JIRA required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience with global procurement business processes and ERP systems, specifically SAP procurement modules.
- Proven ability to work effectively in Agile environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage backlogs and deliver features.
- Skilled at translating technical details into business terms and managing stakeholder communication and coordination.
