Advisor, Global Infrastructure Operations

Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategy, roadmaps, and standards to achieve future state goals, including backup and disaster recovery plans.

Manage infrastructure operations including capacity planning, performance monitoring, SLA compliance, and vendor management across global operations.

Support enterprise architecture and modernization efforts including cloud architecture, middleware/database platform maintenance, and oversee system administration and infrastructure setup.

6 to 10 years of substantial, comprehensive experience in IT infrastructure operations and strategy.

Mandatory regional or global experience of over 2 to 3 years in related roles.

Experience supervising and coaching teams to meet objectives is an advantage, but not strictly mandatory.

Work Experience Required: Substantial experience in IT infrastructure strategy, operations, and maintenance with emphasis on global/regional scale.

Experienced in managing and optimizing large-scale infrastructure environments with cross-functional and vendor coordination.

Skilled in infrastructure strategy formulation, technical evaluation, and modernization including cloud and DevSecOps practices.

Capable of handling complex technical escalations, service recovery, and leading system administration efforts in multi-location setups.
