About This Role
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Active Directory environments including Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and AD replication.
- Administer VMware/Hyper-V hosts and virtual machines including provisioning, migration, and maintenance.
- Handle datacenter operations such as hardware installation, server health checks, patching, backup & restore, incident management, and vendor coordination.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years work experience in Wintel environment or datacenter operations.
- Strong technical skills in Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, VMware/Hyper-V, Enterprise Backup & Restore, and physical server hardware.
- Experience with datacenter operations, incident management, change management, and vendor coordination.
- Notice period: Immediate joiner to 15 days. Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Operationally independent engineer comfortable handling L2 troubleshooting, incident resolution, and maintenance activities within SLAs.
- Experience working with OEM/vendor teams like Dell, HPE, Lenovo for hardware support and replacement.
- Familiarity with automation using PowerShell and monitoring tools for proactive infrastructure management.
