About This Role
- Design, build, and evolve edge applications on AWS using Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript, owning data model, backend, interface, deployment, and production support end to end.
- Stand up new applications from concept to production, making early architectural decisions and working closely with product and customer-facing teams to deliver solutions quickly.
- Operate AI-assisted development workflows, ensuring correctness, security, performance, and maintainability, while debugging and resolving production issues independently.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and operating production web applications.
- Proficiency with full-stack development in TypeScript (React/Next.js front-end, Node.js back-end) and AWS deployment.
- Experience designing and evolving data models, understanding multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
- Candidates must be based in India or Pakistan due to remote work and engineering presence requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced individual contributor comfortable owning entire applications including architecture, data design, deployment, and production support in a small, high-bar, remote team.
- Proven usage of AI-assisted coding workflows with a strong focus on verifying correctness, security, and performance of AI-generated code.
- Operates with a bias for rapid delivery and pragmatic solutions, with product-minded thinking beyond just coding skills.
