Must have at least one current Adobe Certification relevant to AEM development (e.g. AEM Sites Developer).
Experienced in AI-accelerated software delivery, able to set team standards and mentor others on effective AI tooling integration.
Comfortable operating at the intersection of technical architecture and client-facing consulting, managing delivery risks proactively.
Skilled in full lifecycle Agile delivery with strong ownership of quality, performance metrics, and communication.
