About This Role
- Own end-to-end Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) build delivery including frontend, backend, headless, and cloud release with AI-driven tooling.
- Set up and maintain AI agent workflows, repository context, reusable prompts, and integrations to amplify development efficiency.
- Engage directly with architects and client stakeholders to design, build, test, deploy, and support AEM solutions, ensuring quality, performance, and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–8+ years full stack software engineering experience with at least 4 years focused on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Demonstrable and daily AI-first working approach using agentic coding tools like Claude, GitHub Copilot, or equivalents across code, tests, and documentation.
- Proficient in AEM stack: Sites components, Assets, Content Hub, Headless (GraphQL), backend Java (Spring, OSGi), frontend React or equivalent, cloud services (AEMaaCS).
- Must have at least one current Adobe Certification relevant to AEM development (e.g. AEM Sites Developer).

- Comfortable operating at the intersection of technical architecture and client-facing consulting, managing delivery risks proactively.
- Skilled in full lifecycle Agile delivery with strong ownership of quality, performance metrics, and communication.
