About This Role
- Design, execute, and analyze various performance tests (load, stress, endurance, capacity) for complex enterprise applications to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Develop automation frameworks for performance testing and monitoring, leveraging AI-assisted tools to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define performance objectives, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, and provide actionable insights through reporting and observability dashboards.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance engineering, system scalability testing, and operational stability.
- Proficiency with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, BlazeMeter, Gatling, or equivalents.
- Experience with observability and monitoring platforms like Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, or equivalents.
- Work Experience Required: 3+ years; Formal training or certification in software engineering, performance engineering, or related fields.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in integrating performance testing and monitoring within DevOps CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of application architectures including distributed systems, API, database tuning, and cloud-native environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale operations, AI-assisted engineering tools, and performance observability practices in financial services or large-scale enterprise settings.
