About This Role
- Develop and enhance next-generation Access and Aggregation networking platforms using JunOS or Junos EVO software architecture focused on L3/MPLS forwarding.
- Collaborate with product management, systems, and test teams to ensure high-quality product and solution delivery.
- Provide engineering support for critical customer escalations in coordination with the Juniper Technical Assistance Team.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
- 8 to 15 years of experience, preferably in a router/switch company.
- Strong knowledge of router/switch architecture and experience in forwarding software design and development.
- Onsite work from HPE office is mandatory as per job description.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in L3 forwarding technologies including MPLS/L3VPN, L2VPN, EVPN, SR-MPLS, SRv6, GRE.
- Familiarity with Broadcom ASICs like Qumran/Jericho is highly desirable.
- Proven problem-solving skills in customer network deployments and strong coding/debugging capabilities, including core file analysis.
