About This Role
- Manage and lead high-performing software engineering teams to deliver secure, high-quality software aligned with company strategy and product roadmaps.
- Own talent acquisition and team performance management including mentoring and increasing engagement through feedback and recognition.
- Drive agile best practices and collaborate on technology roadmaps to maintain a sustainable platform and improve delivery efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of software development experience, including at least 4 years in leadership or management roles.
- Technical expertise in .NET, React, microservice architecture on .NET Core, Node.js, React; hands-on experience with AWS services (CloudFront, S3, Fargate, EC2, Lambda, SNS, SQS).
- Experience managing Agile teams and delivering mission-critical, high-volume transactional web-based software systems.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, acceptance test automation, and Flutter development for iOS and Android.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to lead diverse, distributed teams and navigate complex technical challenges collaboratively.
- Experience with cloud development (AWS preferred), system documentation, and providing engineering support to resolve critical customer issues.
