Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with 2-3+ years in architect, lead consultant, or technical lead role; 10+ years preferred for senior enterprise roles.
Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementations, custom applications, integrations, and enterprise module rollouts.
Work location/onsite requirement: Office-based with at least 3 days per week onsite presence.
Experienced senior ServiceNow architect comfortable with technical leadership and hands-on design and development across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, etc).
Skilled at balancing enterprise architecture principles with practical delivery discipline in Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments.
Able to mentor and lead diverse teams while managing multiple projects, driving governance, and mitigating architectural risks in complex enterprise environments.
