About This Role
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers delivering scalable enterprise solutions supporting Equity Direct Indexing portfolio management.
- Design, develop, and maintain microservices and APIs using Java/Spring Boot, focusing on performance, resilience, and cloud-native AWS technologies.
- Collaborate across technology and business teams to drive technical vision, project delivery, and improve business processes within a regulated financial environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 12+ years of hands-on software development experience with proven delivery of well-architected solutions.
- 3+ years managing software development teams with direct mentorship and project leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, distributed systems, relational and NoSQL databases; Cloud native development experience with AWS preferred.

- Experienced leader comfortable operating in cross-functional teams within investment management or regulated financial services.
- Deep technical architect capable of designing and delivering distributed, scalable microservices leveraging cloud technologies and event-driven architectures.
