About This Role
- Lead and develop the Agentic AI engineering team with direct technical contributions, including line management and coaching.
- Own and shape substantial technical areas of Esko's shared Agentic AI platform, driving platform adoption and quality across the company.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate shared and domain-specific needs into reusable platform capabilities with strong engineering practices for reliability, security, and performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong production software engineering experience in Python, TypeScript, Java, or similar languages.
- Experience leading and developing engineers through line management, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Experience building platforms, APIs, or shared services used across multiple teams.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in designing and operating production AI systems using large language models or agentic workflows with practical risk understanding.
- Skilled at balancing platform coherence and product domain differences, making clear technical trade-offs.
- Experience collaborating with product engineering, architecture, infrastructure, security, and business teams in global organizations.
