About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable VC++ and C++ code for the Apparel & Textile Pattern Product ecosystem.
- Diagnose complex system bottlenecks, memory leaks, and performance issues independently; deliver robust fixes and optimize application performance.
- Serve as a technical point of contact for clients, managing client relationships, expectations, and conflict resolution during high-stakes and shifting project dynamics; take ownership of project delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 5 years of professional software development experience focused on VC++ and C++.
- Strong skills in Object-Oriented Programming, data structures, algorithms, Microsoft Visual Studio environment, MFC, and Win32 API.
- Proficient in memory management, multi-threading, performance tuning, SQL databases, and version control tools (e.g., Git, SVN).
- Exceptional English communication skills with proven experience managing difficult technical and client conversations.

- Experienced VC++/C++ developer capable of independently resolving deep technical issues and system performance problems.
- Comfortable operating as a strategic technical lead interfacing directly with clients under pressure and driving projects to closure.
