About This Role
- Own and maintain production health of .NET (C#) and React applications, including triage, debugging, and delivering permanent code fixes.
- Lead root cause analysis and post-incident reviews, driving corrective code changes and continuous reliability improvements based on SLO/SLI tracking.
- Partner with Application Development, Infrastructure, Security, and Networking teams to design, support, and enhance full-stack solutions and ensure enterprise compliance and resilience.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in development and production support for C# .NET, React, MS SQL, and REST APIs applications.
- Experience with Azure developer services, Application Insights, Log Analytics, and API testing tools like Postman.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on development and production support experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full stack developer with proven ownership of production support and code fix delivery in .NET and React environments.
- Ability to use observability and debugging tools to diagnose and resolve production issues efficiently, including root cause analysis and blameless postmortems.
- Familiar with SRE principles, CI/CD processes, and integrating infrastructure/security standards in application lifecycle (preferred but not mandatory).
