Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on development and production support experience.
Experienced full stack developer with proven ownership of production support and code fix delivery in .NET and React environments.
Ability to use observability and debugging tools to diagnose and resolve production issues efficiently, including root cause analysis and blameless postmortems.
Familiar with SRE principles, CI/CD processes, and integrating infrastructure/security standards in application lifecycle (preferred but not mandatory).
