Background including regulated industries (banking, insurance) providing strong security and data-handling experience, preferably exposed to compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or Singapore's OSPAR.
Capable of leading technical standards and adoption efforts across distributed teams in multiple time zones, communicating clearly and maintaining trust even under pressure.
