About This Role

Design, implement, and maintain scalable microservices and APIs using Java 8+ and Spring Boot within an Agile product team.

Develop, test, and enhance software solutions supporting client and internal operational needs while ensuring code quality and performance improvements.

Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver features on time, act as escalation point, and promote knowledge sharing across teams.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Minimum 4 years of experience as a software engineer developing commercial software.

Proficient in Java 8+, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and databases including SQL and MongoDB.

Experience with AWS services (SQS, EC2, RDS, S3, ELB, CloudWatch), messaging platforms (RabbitMQ), caching technologies (Memcached, Redis), and Agile methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban).

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in end-to-end software delivery within Agile, cross-disciplinary teams focusing on scalable enterprise applications.

Strong technical expertise in microservices architecture, cloud (especially AWS), and client-side web technologies (JavaScript frameworks).

Capable of driving continuous improvement, handling escalations, and fostering collaboration in a global, product-driven environment.
