About This Role
- Own the end-to-end technical architecture for Guidewire implementations with a focus on cloud-native configurations and cross-module synchronization.
- Manage complex product model changes ensuring zero runtime disruption and guide code reviews for senior and junior developers.
- Serve as liaison between development teams and external stakeholders, translating technical complexities to Finance and Business executives.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience working with Guidewire Software.
- Advanced proficiency in Gosu and solid foundation in Java.
- Guidewire ACE Certification is mandatory.
- Work Location: Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, or Chennai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep architectural knowledge of Guidewire InsuranceSuite modules: PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and their interactions.
- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance lifecycle including underwriting, claims adjudication, and financial reporting.
- Experienced in cloud-native implementations, Cloud APIs, Integration Gateway, and driving architectural standards within Scrum methodologies.
