Experienced in mainframe software engineering environments with strong expertise in COBOL and associated tools.
Capable of leading moderately complex projects and mentoring junior engineers, indicating mid-senior technical leadership.
Familiarity with automation and modern development tools on mainframes along with recent technology trends such as AI coding agents for productivity improvements.
