About This Role
- Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and automation frameworks for data platforms including Snowflake and DBT models.
- Perform manual and automated ETL/ELT testing, data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks focusing on healthcare data compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data pipelines and transformations meet business requirements and maintain defect tracking using JIRA/Azure DevOps.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in data engineering QA, ETL/Data Warehouse testing, and automation testing.
- Strong expertise in Snowflake Testing, DBT, SQL data validation, and test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Experience with test planning, defect management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Healthcare domain experience including Claims, Member, Provider, Clinical, and Healthcare Analytics data.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced QA professional with strong technical skills in SQL and data warehouse testing, specifically on Snowflake and DBT platforms.
- Demonstrated track record in managing end-to-end testing cycles in healthcare data environments with compliance and quality adherence.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments collaborating with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and Product Teams for test strategy and execution.
