About This Role
- Lead design, development, and maintenance of PostgreSQL database systems including complex SQL and PL/PGSQL procedures.
- Drive migration of stored procedures and packages from Oracle to PostgreSQL, ensuring query and syntax compatibility.
- Monitor and optimize database performance, implement backup/recovery strategies, and handle troubleshooting to maintain system stability and scalability.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of experience in SQL development with strong expertise in PostgreSQL and Oracle.
- Experience with PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages; migration experience from Oracle to PostgreSQL mandatory.
- Familiarity with data warehouse design and maintenance.
- Experience working in Agile development environments using Jira and Confluence.

- Experienced technical lead capable of managing cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with customers.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies with ability to produce status reports.
