About This Role
- Own end-to-end product design for B2B/SaaS/Enterprise products focusing on user-centric, scalable experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams; contribute to design systems and mentor other designers.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design or UX Design.
- Experience specifically with B2B, SaaS, or Enterprise products.
- Strong skills in UX, Interaction, and Visual Design including user research and usability testing.
- Notice period must be immediate to 45 days; Work mode is hybrid in Bangalore.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with AI/agentic workflows integrated into design processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage design in agile environments and work on CRM, Marketing, Call/Text/Email products is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
