About This Role
- Manage end-to-end NPI material readiness and sourcing strategy to support on-time product launches.
- Oversee supplier and contract manufacturer readiness, material availability, prototype builds, and production ramp for materials projects.
- Lead cross-functional teams to mitigate supply chain risks, optimize costs, and ensure supply continuity with regular reporting to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- 8-10 years in materials project management or related roles.
- Experience with supply chain, sourcing, procurement, and cost management in fast-paced NPI environments involving global suppliers and contract manufacturers.
- Hybrid work model requiring 2 days per week onsite at HPE office.

- Deep understanding of NPI processes, phase gates, and product lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex supply chain/manufacturing projects aligning with business objectives.
