About This Role
- Lead and manage initiatives to enhance culture, leadership effectiveness, psychological safety, and team member engagement across India and APJ regions.
- Design, execute, and coordinate leadership programs, cultural activations, and engagement events plus communication campaigns to embed culture and leadership behaviors.
- Oversee program management including project planning, risk mitigation, stakeholder coordination, and analytics to measure impact and continuously improve outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 6-8 years relevant experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Change Management, or related fields.
- Proven experience managing complex cross-functional programs and stakeholders in a global matrixed organization.
- Hybrid work mode with 2 days per week expected onsite at HPE office in India; travel within India and APJ region as needed.
