About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of Product Designers responsible for end-to-end customer experiences, product journeys, or strategic initiatives within a digital health enterprise setting.
- Own design strategy, experience vision, and execution for multiple digital platforms including web, mobile, conversational, and AI-enabled channels, ensuring solutions meet business goals and user needs.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Research, and Business leaders to translate product strategies into user-centered design deliverables while fostering design excellence and innovation.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience designing digital products and experiences across web, mobile, and emerging platforms.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leading, coaching, or managing product design teams.
- Proven ability to deliver complex end-to-end customer experiences aligned with product strategy in Agile environments.
- Expertise in user experience design, accessibility, human-centered design methodologies, and proficiency with tools like Figma and prototyping software.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of balancing strategic design vision with tactical hands-on execution in a regulated, complex health or similar industry environment.
- Strong collaborator able to influence cross-functional stakeholders and navigate ambiguity to drive clarity and delivery in product design efforts.
- Background or familiarity with healthcare or regulated industries, and experience incorporating accessibility, health equity, and emerging technologies such as AI in product design.
