About This Role
- Lead and manage regional strategic projects including capital project portfolio management across IMEA region.
- Drive project governance, resource allocation, and capability building for project management excellence.
- Provide project audits, capture lessons learned, and introduce best practices for continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 years of experience in chemical/process industry with engineering plus MBA background.
- Proficiency in Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft tools for data insights.
- Experience in strategy, operations, supply chain with LEAN and automation exposure.
- Work Experience Required: 5 years in chemical/process industry.
