About This Role
- Lead and coach Agile teams using Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks to ensure effective delivery of business value.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, track Agile metrics, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement in Agile execution.
- Support backlog readiness, promote team effectiveness, and maintain stakeholder communication and alignment across distributed teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years total experience in Agile delivery, project management, or Scrum Master roles, including 5+ years facilitating Agile teams in enterprise environments.
- Strong practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile delivery practices, with experience in Data, Analytics, BI, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills; experience working with globally distributed teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile leadership roles focusing on team-level execution within complex, enterprise-scale environments.
- Demonstrates ability to coach and transform teams towards Lean-Agile principles and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Background or familiarity with Analytics, Supply Chain domain, Agile tools (Jira, Confluence), and Agile certifications such as CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or PMI-ACP preferred.
