Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8+ years in management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process improvement consulting with software vendors, consulting firms, or system integrators.
Proficiency in Celonis platform configuration including data modeling, process analysis, KPI definition; skilled in PQL, SQL, and Python.
Experience working with AI-assisted development tools and ability to write clear technical specifications to guide AI outputs.
Willingness to travel up to 50%; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in bridging business objectives and technical execution, capable of translating ambiguous strategic needs into precise AI-driven specifications.
Has strong domain knowledge in enterprise business processes (e.g., Supply Chain, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay) and experience with standard ERPs like SAP or Oracle.
Operates effectively in AI-augmented delivery environments, balancing speed with quality and ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and user-friendly.
