Job description
Structured overview of role & requirements
About This Role
- Own and evolve the Custom Objects feature, enabling customers to model unique business entities and define complex data relationships within HighLevel's CRM platform.
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Custom Objects, ensuring integration and native support across workflows, reporting, APIs, and other HighLevel products.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Architecture teams to ensure scalability, data integrity, API evolution, platform extensibility, and measurable customer outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, including platform, CRM, data, developer, infrastructure, or integration products.
- Strong understanding of relational databases, entity-relationship modeling, schemas, metadata, and relationship types (one-to-one, one-to-many, many-to-many).
- Proficiency with APIs, webhooks, data synchronization, integrations, and data mapping.
- Ability to work deeply with Engineering and Architecture on technically complex, scalable products.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building or managing CRM or flexible data platforms with strong technical knowledge of data modeling and integrations.
- Strategic thinker focused on creating reusable platform primitives over one-off solutions to solve cross-product data challenges.
- Comfortable in ambiguous technical problem spaces, capable of aligning cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design, Data, GTM) around a clear product vision.
