About This Role
- Coordinate and manage penetration testing readiness, schedules, and communication between clients, business, and project teams.
- Conduct manual penetration testing in either application security (web, mobile, API) or network security (external/internal tests, vulnerability assessments) using off-the-shelf and internal tools.
- Lead client communications throughout testing phases, deliver detailed security assessment reports with findings, exploit information, and remediation recommendations.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in Information Security.
- Minimum 2 years experience specifically in penetration testing.
- Experience with tools such as Nmap, Metasploit, Kali Linux, Burp Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field; or equivalent professional experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in either application security testing (web/mobile/API) or network penetration testing with hands-on technical expertise.
- Strong client-facing communication skills with experience managing multi-stakeholder engagements and reporting technical findings clearly.
- Capable of working independently and navigating complex issues including troubleshooting client readiness and escalating as needed to deliver timely penetration testing projects.
