Experienced with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern mainframe development tools (zUnit, Git, SonarQube, Checkmarx).
Capable of driving automation initiatives and familiar with CI/CD and DevOps frameworks on mainframes.
Demonstrated ability to use AI coding agents for code generation, debugging, automation, and rapid prototyping to improve productivity.
