Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with Instructional Designers, Learning Technologists, and Project Managers within Learning & Development or Shared Services environments.
Skilled in defect management, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and process auditing with familiarity in Quality Management Systems and Lean Six Sigma or equivalent.
Detail-oriented and analytical with strong communication skills to handle stakeholder management and quality reporting effectively.
