Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and hands-on experience with Python, R, or SAS.
Experienced in L&D Shared Services or Learning Operations supporting LMS and digital learning environments.
Skilled in quality assurance methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Root Cause Analysis, and continuous improvement.
Capable of managing stakeholder relationships and delivering insights through data analysis and reporting tools.
