Work Experience Required: 5-8 years in QA/manual testing in eLearning.
Experienced in quality assurance within Learning & Development or Shared Services environments.
Skilled in defect management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent quality certification preferred.
Able to manage multiple priorities independently while effectively collaborating across cross-functional teams.
