Manage reconciliations, resolve escalated accounting issues, and liaise with senior internal and external stakeholders to maintain financial control and continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting; professional accounting qualification such as MIA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or CMA mandatory.
8-10 years of experience in general and/or financial accounting; 4-5 years in team leadership and coaching roles.
Proficiency with SAP systems and strong English language skills required.
Flexible to work ANZ morning shifts; Shared service centre experience preferred.
Experienced in managing geographically dispersed teams and multi-system accounting environments with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate P&L and balance sheet components and implement process improvements.
Capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and delivering continuous operational excellence under demanding workloads.
