4-5 years relevant experience in captive accounting service centers or large corporates in Manufacturing, Service & Trading sectors.
Must work EAME shift (1PM-10PM) in-office 5 days a week; proficiency with multiple ERPs and accounting tools mandatory.
Experienced in end-to-end record to report (R2R) processes within large corporate or captive center environments handling diverse business sectors.
Strong expertise in financial compliance, GAAP standards, internal controls, and audit support.
Demonstrates analytical skills for financial data interpretation and automation tool development to drive operational excellence.
