Tier-1 brand, metro location, mid-level generalist role with broad skills attracts many applicants.
Event operations skills are fairly transferable across industries, though agency/vendor database preference increases domain specificity.
Explicit 5–8 years requirement plus agency experience, AV technical skills, and vendor database raise filtering strictness.
Plan, manage, and execute a diverse portfolio of large-scale corporate events (100–1000+ pax) including festivals, cultural celebrations, and employee engagement programs.
Own end-to-end event delivery: concept development, budgeting, vendor management, technical production, on-ground execution, and post-event reporting.
Manage stakeholder communications, track event budgets, and oversee technical aspects like AV, lighting, stage design, and hybrid event technology independently.
5–8 years experience in event management company, production agency, or experiential marketing firm; in-house coordinator experience alone may not suffice.
Strong technical knowledge of AV, production, lighting, stage design, and hybrid event setups with ability to independently brief and troubleshoot vendors.
Established vendor database across AV, décor, catering, entertainment, print, and gifting categories.
On-site work location in Bengaluru, Karnataka; Scheduled Weekly Hours: 48.
Proven ability to independently manage large-scale, multi-category corporate and cultural events in fast-paced, multi-event environments.
Experienced in technical production and managing diverse vendor relationships end-to-end including negotiations and contract management.
Proficient in event management tools and project tracking platforms like Asana or Monday.com, with strong stakeholder communication skills.
